D^ (D up) D#, C, C# and B

RH keys:

F#^ (F sharp up)

LH keys:

C^ (C up), C#^ (C sharp up)

Thumb keys:

Bb, Bb^ (B flat up), B and B^ (B up)

These additional keys are only shown if the keys are closed, and are shaded grey if trilled.

Where no consistently reliable fingering has been found for a particular pitch, this is shown on the chart with an x.
